Thank you for this clear overview. I have been looking for some KZitems to share with clients. However, I'm wary of research presented in such generic terms without a reference to lead me to those actual studies.

Great video, thanks. I’d like to know if there is a difference in health benefits between 5:2 and daily fasting. Is one better than the other? not necessarily in terms of weight lose but in insulin resistance, inflammation, cancer risk, etc.

Thanks your comment Kes. Chrono-nutrition is a very popular emerging field of study. I hope to make more videos on this topic. Could you specify what you mean by daily fasting so I can explore this further.
