During the 23th meeting of the European Electricity Regulatory Forum held in Florence on 20 and 21 November 2012, Lord Mogg took the time to explain what ACER (Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators), ICER (International Confederation of Energy Regulators) and CEER (Council of European Energy Regulators) are and what these regulatory bodies do.
Lord Mogg is President of CEER, as well as Chair of ICER and Chair of ACER Board of Regulators.
