David your legal videos are so good. You’ve saved me thousands of pages of reading, and probably millions if not billions of euros. Thank you and Merry Christmas! God bless you ^^.

Information presented in a super accessible manner. Thank you. Would be absolutely super helpful if you could add examples of absolute no-no's when it comes to the nature of questions that can be asked. This could kind of help me find my range in the interest of avoiding the dreaded "palpably improper" answers.

I sent interrogatories notarized and certified mail and the never sent them back. I sent a letter of demand for a transcript of the proceedings and they never sent me a copy. If I were to fail at sending anything they demand I would incur penalties. Funny how that works.

Your explanations and definitions are excellent and very useful for my case. I am making a lawsuit against a Polic officer’s fake, misleading and lies report. I am a victim of assaults and batteries with painful injuries and wounds on my feet, left arm and head. I was taken to ER of Hoag Hospital. I would like to know if your law firm would handle such cases. Yours sincerely; Khosrow Jahanbin

David , I have 6 questions and 4 of the answer will result in yes. If answered honestly. WHY can't I use them? I relate these question to the type of questions that are asked when you are on the stand during a trial. And you are being questioned by lawyers. They are all yes and no answers.

My Attorney Kevin Little farther egregiously traumatized me when I saw he had omitted additional EEOC charges, withheld Evidence, Wittneses, and prohibited 🚫 my witnesses and I from testifying. MOTIVES I would have discovered that he had jumped ship 🚢 to the other side Conflict of Interest and Prosecutory Misconduct, etc.

This is very helpful. I appreciate the foam board graphics. Dr. Eric Berg channel uses a dynamic white board that would work very well for these presentations. You could help possibly fund it from viewer donations through Patreon. Here's an example www.tekpanel.com/digital-white-boards/

Isn't basic information such as name, address, phone numbers of parties or possible witnesses supposed to be given during Disclosure? Why waste interrogatories on this information?
