SO how would you recommend working with older folks that may not be able to get into the "egg" shape?

+James Humecky I would recommend starting with simple intra abdominal pressure cues and try to figure out what the limiting factors are for why a person can't get into certain shapes/postures. Work on the basics for achieving intra abdominal pressure and then address the other issues with soft tissue work, myofascial release, stretching, and muscle activation techniques.

+James Humecky Kate Bowman is a great resource and has many books and content on KZitem. Strongfirst or RKC utilizing this technique for kettlebells also. Kelly Starrett would be my first choice to do research on also. His book the supple leopard is awesome and he has a ton of videos on KZitem.
