The Terraform lock file helps you manage and verify your provider versions, but what about modules? TerraHash is a CLI tool that creates a lock file for modules, including a hash value. You can use TerraHash to create the lock file and then verify an initialized Terraform configuration against that lock file.
TerraHash helps to ensure that the modules used by your configuration are consistent in both version and content, without relying on only the version argument to pin the version number.
