Glad I can learn from a real professor, I'm currently working on world building (to be specific, slimes) and I found fungi, and other micro organisms to be a great blueprint for this new kingdom of living organism.

Thanks for this epic lecture. If only I had a book with me to look through the anatomy of the various parts you talk about; this greatly helps my learning via visual association

You’re lecture is great. What bk (with excellent microscopy photos) would you recommend for better identifying microscopic fungi, particularly am interested in soil molds, glomalin-producing fungi, and fungi that are commensal/symbiotic root hairs.

parasite is just a lifestyle. Fungi and other organisms can be parasites. They are not mutually exclusive.

Interesting stuff…. But PLEASE watch your voice fry at the end of your sentences. This would make your presentation more digestible.
