I think Sir Fermat numbers are only odd numbers . Two odd numbers may be co prime but it doesn't mean that they are primes. Then how can you prove there are infinite prime by Fermat numbers. I may be wrong, its only my question. Please give me solution.

Sir, in the last point in your saying for rational numbers you spoke that 'q' possess 2 and 5 as its prime factors. But in case 1/21 the denominator is 21 which doesn't have 2 or 5 as prime factors but though it's rational. Please make me clear one more time.
@v.s.7907

IF Q DONT HV 2 OR 5 IN ITS PRIME FACTORISATION THEN IT WILL HAVE A REPEATING AND NON TERMINATING DECIMAL EXPRESSION. ALTHOUGH IT WILL BE A RATIONAL NUMBER. IRRATIONAL NUMBER- WHOSE DECIMAL EXPRESSION IS NON TERMINATING AND NON REPEATING.

enjoyed your video. No offence, but I am always amused to see the high self worth in the style of Indian teachers where as the non-indian teachers/schools/universities I went to seem to be very naive, style-less, focused and brilliant nurds.

when i was thinking about irrational numbers i know the definition of that . but can anyone tell me about 22/7 where 7 isn't equal to zero and 7 , 22 both belongs to set of integers(by the definition of rational numbers). but on the other hand value of 22/7 is quite similar to an irrational number and if it happens it's violating the definition of irrational number. so sir if you kindly give me a clear idea about that it would really be helpful for me.
@maarirs12894

sandip kumar basak if you are referring to pi, then you must know that 22/7 is not equal to pi but an approximation of the value of pi. (22/7 is equal to 3.14285714and it repeats while pi = 3.14159265 and goes on without a pattern. Hence pi is irrational. Yup they fooled us in school. It’s part of a bigger conspiracy.

Actually pi is defined as the ratio of circumference of a circle to its diameter and it is constant for a given circle... 22/7 is almost close value to the pi upto 3digits so it is being used in calculations
