Lovely Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (do a search on google)? It is a good one off product for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my close friend Aubrey got excellent success with it.

very nice lady. It just seems that the title is misleading. Why its called "Types" of Qi-gong, when its just showing the points?

She has 'headaches a lot' ?? that is migrane.. well...what is the use of all this if it does not heal her? Maybe should try some other treatment??

When I have "migraine" I massage the meridian point "He Gu," or "Ba Hui," which does reduce the pain. It doesn't heal because I have not massaged regularly, only as needed. I think my "migraine" is due to other reasons I have yet to deal with, such as MSG or stress.
