I came here from a different teachers math video on dividing two polynomials using synthethic division, would you be able to post a video on how to correctly do 15X^4+10X^3-6X^2=14 divived by 3X+2 or a similar kind of example? I'm lost on how to actually complete that properly.

With a coefficient of 3 in front of the x on the divisor, I actually do not recommend using synthetic division. I do recommend using a long division for it. Generally, synthetic division is used when the divisor has a lead coefficient of 1; of the form x-r. You COULD do a synthetic division using a root of -2/3 (the root of the divisor) and dividing the result by 3. Again, possible, but not recommended.

@davidfriday7498 thank you so much for clarification, that makes so much more sense!
