@@PunmasterSTP I had one great professor, got an A in that class. The other professors were so f*cking incompetent they had to set the curve as ~40% is a C so I passed everything. 3.0 for the semester

there is mistake, transfer function of double differentiation is [S^2 Y(S) + S Y(0) + Y'(0)]

Yes, there is a mistake in the first step. It should be S^2.Y(S) - s.Y(0-) - Y'(0-). Since all the initial conditions are zero, it will not affect the answer.
