Essere resiliente significa avere la forza di non spezzarsi nella tempesta, di essere agile come la canna di bambù che sfida il vento più irrequieto senza aver timore.
Ancora oggi per una donna avere il “potere delle resilienza” vale doppio, perché le sfide per lei sono continue e con livello sempre crescente di complessità.
In una società che presenta ancora un'impronta fortemente maschilista farsi spazio non è affatto semplice. In ambito lavorativo, poi, le distanze tra uomo e donna si allargano, ulteriormente e drasticamente, a macchia d’olio.
Come possiamo, allora, colmare questo divario?

Before joining the family business, I chose to do experiences outside, in a couple of multinationals, in order to be able to pay my dues, but the most difficult career was in the family business company where for a long time I have lived a very tiring generational passage, place where today instead I can plan the change and invest in innovation.
