You could try this: Why does KZitem keep disconnecting from Chromecast? If Chromecast keeps disconnecting, factory reset your Chromecast device. Also, Check whether your Chromecast is properly connected to your WiFi network. If not, reset your Wi-Fi and update the firmware. Why are my KZitem videos not loading on iPad? In most of the cases, a poor network connection is the cause of the "KZitem won't play on iPhone/iPad" issue. You can simply turn off your WiFi network connection and then turn it on again or reset network settings on your iOS device by going to Settings > General > Reset and clicking Reset Network Settings. Why is KZitem not working on my Chromecast? If KZitem is not connecting to Chromecast, disconnect your phone from WiFi and close completely out of the Chromecast app. Once it is no longer running, open the Chromecast app back up and reconnect your phone to WiFi to allow for a sort of reset, which should cause a connection to come back.
