For Masala:
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp mix herbs
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp carom seeds/ ajwain
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
fresh chopped coriander or kasuri methi
