The pro max is better than just the pro from the comparisons I've seen and the comparison is a lot closer and a lot better in a bunch of situations than the 22 ultra

Even though S22 ultra have some extra zoom capabilities, the very essential focal lengths are worst compared to other flagships. Literally ,today's samsung flagship phones are mainly used for telescoping purpose as you said . I'm not trying to say that it is good for nothing, but they never try to improve the basic things.I think they don't know about how to improve the picture quality bcoz they always added some extra megapixels instead of developing high quality sensor or something .why! Samsung please focus on sensor, noise reduction, video quality, heat management as such battery etc 😑

Since you mentioned about streaming, which requires shooting videos, If it were me, I might think iPhone as a safer choice, the Pro Max model maybe, because the battery is significantly better.

If you need a phone for taking snaps, go for S22 ultra. If you want a phone for making videos, definitely choose the iPhone

@Safa Artop I'm afraid I cannot agree with this. Note used to be the top tier flagship, Samsung would go all out with Note series, Not just for productivity. And like I just said, S23 series haven't been released yet, I cannot make a video like " iPhone 14 Pro vs rumored S23 Ultra, right?"

And for the Note series, it only focuses on productivity, not on the camera aspect. because if the camera for Samsung is still more prioritized for the S series. and the specs for the note series are usually the same as the s series, only the camera prioritizes the note series when it comes to productivity. so if in comparison to iphone series 2 for rep

The only problem is Samsung used to reveal double flagships each year, the S series in spring and the Note series in fall, but with S21 series which was released in January 2021, Samsung no longer releases Note in fall anymore, so in the year of 2021, it’s already iPhone 13 Pro vs S21 series.

It's the same year. it's just that the difference in production time is far away. iPhone 14 and S23 are only 3 months apart. while the galaxy s22 series differ by about 8 months

The only problem is that S23 series haven’t been revealed yet. Plus iPhone 14 series and S22 series both came out in 2022, I guess it’s normal to compare two products released in the same year.

@구구 There actually is, you can make it vivid or natural. PRO MODE, also has this tweakability, Iphones are horrible in this regard. You may want to check that, We have taken the Iphone side by side and the color is way better on the S22! When the 23 comes out next Month, it will be the best as well.
