It has been known for awhile now that these battery data transistors can easily be knocked off during screen repairs and leave you with a phone that does not charge or is stuck at 1%. I have seen multiple phones come through here with this same type of jumper attempt lately, and I am not sure why! If you knock one of these off, you should replace it with another.
