Hi, The recipe looks nice.. Normal vadai vandhu we can eat even if it’s cold but this can be eaten only when it’s hot and if you store the remaining and eat later (like morning senjadhu evening) it will become hard because of arasi maavu..restaurants la they do it in batches so oru time ku mela vadai menu la irakadhu.. oru snack item aa tea time or breakfast madhiri saptinga na ippidi pannikalam.. I hope this helps..
