At 3mins 5secs you begin working out the number of hosts. You say we have 16 network bits but you write 32-16. Where does the figure of 32 come from?

Simply trying to show that if we have 16 network bits, then number of host bits is (32 - # of network bits) as the sum of network + host bits must always equal 32. Hope this helps, Yvan
