I started driving this car this season thanks to some friends recommending it as a good car to learn important things about oval racing. Luckily in my first practice session at Phoenix this season, you were in the session giving people tips, which I used and felt instantly more comfortable with the car, resulting in a second split win in just my third race and not being too far off pace off the top guys when I got in a top split race. This channel is now my go to before every race week to learn the track lines and setup adjustments, and this video has also been very useful in expanding my knowledge. Keep up the good work, I'm very grateful and really appreciate it!

Thank you for these videos. I've fell in love with the ARCA car since I first drove it in like S3 2020 and had some tough times until the beginning of this year. Been learning more and more and getting better. Your videos have helped a lot I'm finding myself up front more and more now.

I’d love to see a short tracks guide. Those and road courses are what I want to work on. Might be because I have a crappy brake pedal but I got what I got.

I did find short tracks had the best results with the pedal upgrade on the oval side of things

@@DJYeeJay yeah, I’m saving up for a fanatec setup. I think a load cell also could help with consistency.

Parker if you haven’t got pedals yet try to Thrustmaster load cell LCP pedals. They are fantastic. I have owned fanatic as well, just went with a cheaper set this round and not disappointed actually very surprised how much I love them.

Liked the video for the short track tutorial. Tracks that require braking are scary.

I’ve only ever tested super late model so honestly I wouldn’t be the best guy for that.

Road racer here... things aren't matching up. I even watched your 5 minutes Brake Bias clip and for me... totally ambiguous. I don't know if the good old boys have a different brake bias than everyone else but in my neck of the wood... it's called Rear Brake Bias. When you say "augmenting or lowering brake bias", is it front or rear bias? In my book, I could be wrong, it's Rear Brake Bias as you cannot safely drive a car with only rear brakes but you can drive a car with only front brakes. So in my book, it's how much brake force we can "channel" toward the read... hence... Rear Brake Bias. Just try it... me I'll just watch. Most brake force to the rear, only 20% bias at the front, and go in an off ramp at a hundred miles an hour... Hope you're insured.

In iracing brake bias is given as a percentage of front brake in the setup screen. When the number goes up it is higher. When the number goes down it is lower. Hope this helps!
