In this video I create a whole new recipe fusing two different cultures - Iranian and Italian - together. I take a traditional Iranian dish called "Fesenjoon" which is a pomegranate walnut stew, and use it as a "pasta sauce" for my homemade fettuccine pasta. Then I top it off with pomegranate seeds pulled straight out of a pomegranate fruit, just in time for the fall season. It came out amazing. I really enjoyed it a lot!
I love both Iranian culture and Italian culture as well. As such, it brings me great joy to be able to create a dish that incorporates both cultures.
