Very informative video. Point 10 is very interesting. Today insurance companies are rejecting giving policy for many because of something not so significant - for example insurance is denied for those who have undergone angiogram, which is just an investigation procedure.

I was informed by ICICI LOMBARD that they do not provide hard copy of the Health Insurance Policy anymore. Only soft copy of the policy will be available.

I also received this information from ICICI LOMBARD but I mailed to ICICI LOMBARD on 20 Sep 2024 then demand the hard copy and also I written according to irdai guidelines please provide hard copy and then they agreed . Dispatched my policy hard copy through courier on 23 Sep 2024

Hi madam, thanks for the timely information. But i personally see that these guidelines issued by IRDAI are not taken seriously by insurance companies because my application for health picy was rejected by ICICI LOMBARD ELEVATE PLAN in August 2024 by the reason that I am blind person. This is a violation of the circular released by IRDAI In the month of MAY2024. Madam no matter how many circulars IRDAI brings out , there is no impact on our insurancevompanies. Anyhow thank you for the information and efforts from your side.

#myquestion हाय मॅम क्या आप बता सकते हो की niva bupa मे प्रीमियम हाईक आ रहा है और उनका आयपीओ भी आ रहा है आयपीओ के वजह से प्रीमियम hike आ रहा है. और अगर ऐसी बात है तो जिंका लॉक द क्लॉक या बूस्टर प्लॅन है या 3x 5x क्या ऊन का भी प्रीमियम बढेगा क्योंकी लॉक द क्लॉक मे तो प्रीमियम बडता नही है जब तक आप क्लेम नही करोगे तब तक प्लीज इसके बारे मे जानकारी दीजिए या व्हिडिओ बनाये मतलब कंपनी एसे एडवर्टाइजमेंट करती है और बाद में प्रीमियम बढा देती है तो क्या इन कंपनी मे से हेल्थ इन्शुरन्स लेना सही होगा या कंपनी चेंज कर दे

In era of digital transactions and digital documents. Insurance company still insist on hard copies of bonds and payment receipt needs to be changed. All information already with company and customer unnecessarily troubled.

No, Can claim from only one company. You can not make benefit from multiple health insurance policies

this rules are just for names, most of claims denied cashless insurance companies send reply within 3 hours that cashless denied, please go with reimbursement so there are many weapons which utilized by companies at time of claim. So dont rely on these traps. if you policy has not completed 3 years. insurance companies only questionable if they dont settle, dont assume settle means approved , if claim denied this is also called as settled.
