I am hoping this video helps you to improve your over downs leaps for Irish Dance and achieve the "Freeze" or "Hold" that is so beautiful to watch. Or, if you have never done an overdown before, I hope this helps you to learn.
I demonstrate numerous exercises to help you achieve enough strength to achieve the freeze illusion. You can try doing all the exercises once or twice a week or, use one or two exercises every day to help you to improve the area you are weak in.
