I love these videos when you do these jam advents calendars, they are so much fun to watch, because you are so creative and come up with so many good ideas on what to serve with the jams. Those scones looked amazing!! Thanks so much for sharing.

I bought a Dash Mini Pie Maker just to make a biscuit. My recipe for 1 biscuit is 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour + 2 TBSP NIDO (powdered milk made from cream) + 2 TBSP water. Cornbread recipe is similar, 1/4 cup Cornbread mix + 2 TBSP NIDO + 2 TBSP water. My cornbread mix is 2 parts cornmeal + 1 part Self Rising Flour.

It’s the best when you combine Dash minis with your calendar spreads.

This was brilliant! I’ve been intrigued by einkorn flour but haven’t made anything yet. Your scones look lovely!

Have you tried keeping your butter in the freezer, then grate it into your dry ingredients. It makes the incorporating the butter sooo much easier and quicker 😊
