You're not giving us bullshit advice you're actually giving your honest opinion and advice as to a friend. And the chess improvement advice which is solid especially when you're analyzing a position from a book, it really helps to see how a strong player thinks about certain kinds of positions thanks Yevhenii

IMHO, what I like most about Journey to Grandmaster is the sincerity on your part (good and bad) in helping to educate the viewers on aspects of the game of chess that most KZitemrs do not. For example, you provide education on how to think about situations when playing chess whereas other KZitemrs are putting out useless content as speedruns so all the viewer is doing is watching someone else play chess (a higher-level player against a lower-level player and crushing them). Thank you for that! 🙂

Thanks so much for doing this review. I am considering getting the EVO board and your comments were very helpful. Have you tried connecting Blu Tooth earbuds to the EVO (in case the whole family does not want to hear the video)? Thanks again! BTW the thing I like most about your channel is the way to commentate your games as you play. I very much like your style. Very helpful.

What is the best thing about Journey to GM? In my opinion the fact that it is a great source for improving strategy, even at a higher level. Considering I have similar goals, the level can be satisfying, as most channels in my opinion target too low elo groups, and don't offer content to ambitious players like me. Learning to reach 2000 many will help with, but not when it comes to reaching higher levels. So that is what is the #1 about Journey to Grandmaster.

To be fair, you can say that about pretty much any device :) Why would someone buy an iPhone for $1000 if he/she can just use laptop to do all the same things and buy a decent camera instead? It's all about the comfort and feelings you have when you use the devices
