@mindmonkey00

Especially when many researchers now believe our last major leap in evolution was from the neolithic period 10,000 years ago. During this period, agriculture rose to prominence, and grains began to become a part of a persons regular diet. In other words, our digestive system has experienced changes since then, and we're more capable of processing grains and having a diet relatively high in carbs. This notion that the paleo diet is optimal is incorrect. The only real issue with carbs is when it's eaten as heavily processed, refined carbohydrates, and in the form of added sugar. If you consume whole carbs with a healthy amount of fiber, you will not suffer the health effects of someone who constantly eats sweets and white flour. Simply put, the paleo diet isn't sustainable. Just eat a whole foods diet, without added sugar.

Do GMOs affect your health? GMO foods are as healthful and safe to eat as their non-GMO counterparts. Some GMO plants have actually been modified to improve their nutritional value. An example is GMO soybeans with healthier oils that can be used to replace oils that contain trans fats.

No study has shown that GMO foods do anything bad. They simply choose the more favorable genes, like fungal/disease resistance, drought resistance, bigger fruit and increased production, and better taste. It helps you save money and makes your food taste better.

Excuses. “I find it difficult to keep making the healthy decision” One day I decided to stop eating processed fast food and junk food like Doritos, Hot Cheetos and other crap that was unhealthy, read the labels and the ingredients and oils that are used to make junk food you can find the junk anywhere from your local supermarket all the way to your local restaurants Cook homemade meals in healthy oils like avocado and use extra virgin olive oil If you must snack, make homemade popcorn microwave popcorn has a lot of junk in it buy the seeds pop them yourself I’m not going into all the deep ends here do your own research I decided to eat healthy and make better choices at 20 years old and you’re making excuses When you start having chest pains then you’ll start taking life seriously and make those choices! quit fooling around Humans need a consequence in order to start going in the right direction, why are we so damn stubborn??!!

why would lab grown meat be bad for you? it’s literally the same thing except the nutrition profile can be altered and unlike the meat you buy at the grocery store it doesn’t have to be treated with preservatives and additives. there’s also a much lower risk of contamination compared to factory farming, no risk of animal borne diseases that come from factory farming and no antibiotic usage
