@@seekpeaceread6798 pre trip and backing is the hardest parts. Do the pre trip in front of the truck. Record yourself as read the pre trip. Good luck brother. You got this.

Is he telling y’all that they palling you guys up on the truck is he telling you that their team and people up knowing that Kovacs 19 is around right now and they won’t even test anybody they still not testing anybody and it’s 2021 I’ve been here since 2020 my year contract is almost up I still haven’t heard nobody tell the truth about this company but this guy knows the game my man you don’t know the game they are fucking people over in money this is not accident this is purposely they don’t care if you stay or go in fact they want you to go you can’t tell the truth if you not around about this company you can’t warn other drivers you can’t give drivers advice if you’re not around in this company is he telling you what they do when you take-home time no they will rent your truck out while you’re at home and call it a loaner with your shit on there my word of advice Don’t leave nothing on the truck when you take home time but this guy knows the game he knows real talk he don’t know shit about shit

Let me tell you CR England called me..but i am on my second permit..i wont remember all that on the pretrip inspection...so im not going..i know if i fail they will send me home
@SmokeNYC

I'm not sure about them sending you home. When I was there people failed 3 or 4 times and didn't get sent home. I say go for it. Best way to remember the pre trip is do it standing in front of the truck. Then record yourself and play it over and over. I passed on my first try. You got this. You wont know if you don't try. Go for it. You got that!

That critical event stuff is bullshit. But my company really don’t do it fr fr unless you’re following to close. We do have speed gauge you can’t go over 7 mph over the speed limit. If it’s a small hill and the speed limit is 70 imma run it 75 if I know the hill doesn’t have a curve
@SmokeNYC

Lol! What company do you drive for? How do you like it? My company doesn't have critical events also my truck doesn't have no governor. I can do 90mph if I choose. I have never went higher then 80 when it was safe to do it. I'm just not that experienced. Well thanks so much for watching. Drive safe out there!

How many miles will I average otr
@SmokeNYC
3 жыл бұрын
It really depends on how hard you run. You can possibly get anywhere from 2,500 to 3000 miles a week. I highly suggest after phase 2. Try to get with a dedicated fleet. You will work less and make more money. I will make a video soon explaining that. Thanks so much for watching. Drive safe!

Hey smoke... I understand that you don't have access to your pay stubs, but what was your gross pay for your 1st year at CRE. I'm going to CRE school next month and I'm just trying to decided whether or not it's worth it. Thanks for sharing.

No I'm with a small company now. I only left Cr England to go local and it didn't work out. I still might go back to Cr England for all the different opportunities. Thanks for watching!
