For something that's all about finding peace and calmness, meditation is a bit of a stress-inducing, in-your-face activity these days. "Success gurus", apps.. that influencer you love to hate.
They all praise meditation as being THE integral habit of a successful lifestyle. But is it worth all the bloody fuss? Can 10 minutes a day of "finding your inner zen" really have that big of an impact? Most importantly, should you bother your hole trying to find consistency in yet, another, thing??
In this episode, we discuss Steph's experience of exactly that. Two weeks of consistent meditation. No blood, no sweat, no tears. Just meditation. Simple! The goal as always - to understand should we bother doing this at all.
