No daylight saving time does not affect my health but being an American affects my health.

While I was still working, the change certainly worsened my health, both physically and psychologically. Now, as a retiree, I just get annoyed from the confusion until I've recalibrated all clocks one has in a home, many of them with bothersome procedures that for someone in my age are impossible to memorize.

Daylight savings in the north is fantastic. It makes sure that we leave for work when it's dark, and comes home from work when it's dark again... Nothing more I love than to spend all the precious sunlight while toiling inside a building under the flickering of fluorescent lights.

These hour change are so stupid, simply set it in the middle (30 minutes) and leave it there instead of changing it twice a year. 30 minutes wouldn't do much difference for most people and we would all get accustomed to it. No more time changes after that!

They should leave the clocks alone, as t,here is no daylight savings, when it gets dark at 16:30 in the winter evenings, instead of getting dark at 17:30.

I'm lazy and lagging on a better day, about to give up watching KZitem for the morning and this video is top of my subscribed channels. DST is high on the my list of personal bugbears. DST is fine for anyone in an ideal situation. It can have very deleterious effects on people in certain other situations. I defer to the axiom- "The value of a society is measured by what it does for the least (able) of that society.

The geezer is talking out of his hat, the sun gives you vitamin "D" and there are people of 100+ years old that have changed their clocks 200+ times in their life and are still breathing, any change should be a PUBLIC VOTE!.

If you change the time by 1 hour you will still have enough sun for your vitamin.
