“ You have to get healthy before you lose any weight.” Awesome! Finding your center and what works with you takes time and patience. The improved quality of life isn’t instant. It’s subtle. Making change, you’ll endure withdraws with severity depending on your current situation. But with time you’ll look back and see that the consistency and intention is paying off! I enjoyed listening in on your conversation and I’m on the path of finding my optimal health. Thank you for sharing!

Earth has a massive parasite problem, because our food supply is contaminated with parasites, due to the poor sanitary conditions and mostly due to ignorance and suppression (intentionally) of the knowledge of parasites. Notice that when people go on a strict zero carb diet for a length of time, their health issues seem to vanish. This is because the parasites (worms) die, but only when there is zero carbs in the diet. This is the reason we find it so difficult to go zero carb, because the side effects of parasite die off can cause strong food cravings, strong emotional outburts, and other bizarre effects, which are most likely related to the chemical messengers being released from the stressed and dying parasites. The parasite problem isn't easily solved with current technology, unless you go zero carb or take MMS drops or Turpentine regularly. Herbs only "partially" work. MMS and Turpentine are strongly suppressed.

I've done intermittent fasting for a year with an eating window of about 4 hours a day. Personally it never really helped my gut issue any: still the same old gas & bloating, etc. I did feel great though with lots of energy but i was sleeping about 4 hours a night. And i also noticed symptoms of Pots. I am metabolically healthy but i am very hypermobile with stretchy double joints so i think that makes me susceptible to problems with the autonomic nervous system. And maybe that can explain my stomach & gut problems?? So is intermittent fasting good if you have a problem with the autonomic nervous system? Or does the body see it as stress even if you are eating over 2000 calories a day?
