Yeah right. How many times does the doc give attitude when you have questions?

Most are arrogant elites who are jealous of anyone smarter than they are. Like politics, US med is filled with psychopaths. "The doctors and lawyers got a good thing going, but that ain't no place to go when you need help" - John Mellencamp

How are you doing now. I'm 50 multiple sclerosis since 2003. Dealing with ringing both ears throbbing pain.. Past 4 weeks my pulse rate is high when I walk. I'm on a beta blocker from the cardiologist now. It's a mess. I have a video visit with neurologist Thursday..

Take up cycling 10-15 miles every day, throw in some HIIT, sweat a lot, get sun. 3-4 months of that daily and you will see a huge improvement. Also go on an all-vegetable diet. No carbs or sugars at all. Drink gallons of water. You will feel better.

Mega dosing Vitamin B1 Thiamine has shown a lot of promise. Benfotiamine is the fat soluble B1 and if taken with enough magnesium, potassium, and a trace mineral supplement has shown to open up the pathway. It’s inexpensive. MS is damage mylan on nerves. B1 is what aids and reverses that damage. After taking anywhere from 150-300mg of Benfotiamine ppl have had great results moving up to Allithiamine which is a sulphur based thiamine to finish the mega dosing regimen. You do have to keep coffee and caffeinated teas to a minimum because the tannins interfere with B1 absorption in the gut. There are videos on KZitem here all about it. Good luck.

@@mtaylor766 Not true young lady, every and any disease starts in our stomach, thats where out immune system is. If our gut is damaged, our immune system is no good. Neurological disorders is one of the symptoms not the cause of MS. 😉
