It’s game week.
Or is it?
Well, there is a college football game on Saturday - Florida State and Georgia Tech will square off in Dublin - but that’s the only game on the slate.
So, should we think of this as the opening week of the college season? Or is it just a one off? And is there a chance for some conferences to make it a bigger deal?
And what about the Sooners’ and Cowboys’ openers? OU starts on a Friday. OSU opens with a 1 p.m. game. The first might seem odd, but the second seems downright insane.
I’m going to talk about all that and more with Tulsa World columnist Berry Tramel on The Jenni Carlson Show.
