Pea (matar) size mein doodh ke saath din mein ek baar. Lekin uske baad taup thodi salami dena shuru kardeti hai toh bhar jana mushkil ho jata hai.

Being a science student i know there are 10 essential amino acids so whey doesn't have one so its not actually complete

Sattu is also good U just have to take 4 scoops of sattu for enough protein it is high in calorie that is the only problem but you can do one thing that is eat sattu only for breakfast and then direct lunch so you wont get excess calories
