Phir aapke dost ne saste ke chakkar mein sasta whey protein ya mass gainer liya hoga aur sath mein fibre consumption uska kam hai toh waise bhi problem hone wala hai. Maine apne baht sare dost jo whey protein ya koi bhi supplement nehi lette unko bhi liver issue aur constipation hote dekha hai. Woh log even gym bhi nehi karte sirf running karte hai. Reason baht sare ho sakta hai aur woh proper diagnosis se pata chal sakta hai. Main reason low water intake, low fibre intake and jyada spicy food khane ke karan hota hai.

Wrong information 100g of sattu has 23-25g of protein although it doesn't have all the essential proteins but one can make a mix of it with other plant based sources in one's diet thus making a complete protein source Sattu is better for students as it's cheap and has high dietary fibre

700 gram chana khaoge tab jaake 100g milega lekin uske alawa carbs bhi bahut jyada mil rahe hai iss wajah se type 2 diabetes ka khatra hai. Aur digestion bhi weak ho sakta hai. Whey protein best hai bro lelo

Drink sattu like how you would drink chai throughout the day (excluding nights). Drink whey protein if you can during post-workout time everyday even if you don't workout everyday
