Respectfully, I am a melanated black human being from the mother land of mankind (aincent Khem). Therefore I am a child of light and science knows that ultraviolet blue light is harmful to the eyes and infrared light is not. I’ve been sun gazing for up to 40 minutes a day at times and I feel nothing less than an overall bodily aura of wellness and bliss. So I’m sure that couldn’t be for all races of our human species. Also the spiritual teacher I learned this from is healthy and well too , and he’s sun gazed for 6 hours months at a time. Now if you want to wear your sunglasses indoors to protect from the florescent light bulbs and bright led lights than that’s another story.

A bit of history. Dr. William Bates, Ophthalmologist, advocated prevention, or recovery from 20/60. He did conduct a study, 1913, using Snellen charts. He advocated exercise, and sun looking. I certainly reviewed his efforts, exhaustively. Ultimately, he had a good spirit, but of course, I advocate the choice of prevention by using Atropine, before you go below 20/40, on your Snellen. I always want an Ophalmogist involved with my own recovery efforts.

Sungazing is safe at anytime of the day. When you are eating actually clean food that is. And non fluoridated water or tap water. When you are taking care of your body in all the ways that it needs you can look at the sun as long and whenever you’d like. I’ve been sungazing since I was in elementary school and am now 20. Yet to go blind or have any decrease in my vision. Glasses and contacts prevent the eyes from contracting properly. Avoid the prescription bs and move your eyes and absorb the suns healing energy through your eyes. It increases melanin production. This is all subjective experience. The sun has been around longer than any doctor has. Think for yourselves. Don’t allow others to do the thinking for you. It creates cognitive dissonance and then you lose the ability to think and be a human. I love all of humanity I hope we all as a collective start to realize the fact that we can only receive genuine healing when we clean our bodies of the toxins that the government tells us is safe. Eat organic. Avoid fluoride at all costs. It calcifies your pineal gland and prevents you from using both sides of your brain and alters your thoughts and hormonal production

What peer reviewed studies are you referencing here? What scientific studies? I have never met a causality from Sun gazing using the HRM method that I have used after attending his class. There were a number of well documented scientific studies conducted on HRM because he had transcended the need for food through Sun gazing. I began my own Surya yoga practice in 2005. I Sun gaze anywhere from 1-2 hours at a time as long as the ultraviolet index is less than 1. Most of my practice was done in New Mexico at an elevation of 7,000 feet where the Sun was always shining. Where I live now at sea level, the UV index throughout the winter is low enough for me to practice Surya Yoga most anytime during the day. Sun Worship was mankind’s original Earth based religious practice and has been practiced for thousands of years by Earth’s matriarchal cultures like the ancient Egyptians, Mayans, Aztecs, Vedic Indians, Native Americans, the Essenes, etc. I found it disappointing you offered no hard core science to back up your claims. Over the course of 17 years I have found the benefits of Sun Yoga nothing less than miraculous. For the first few years I had my eyes checked by my ophthalmologist. She admitted she knew nothing about this ancient practice. There is much misinformation and propaganda floating around out there. We must do our independent research and use our intuition and listen to our Higher Self and our body’s innate wisdom. One of the greatest benefits I can share with you is that Sun Yoga has the ability to decalcify the pineal gland , the seat of the Third Eye which is our spiritual connection to Spirit or Source. That’s been a game-changer for me to have an awake Third Eye. Next I had bad seasonal affective (S.A.D) disorder due to lack of Sunlight. That healed and vanished to the degree where I can now live in an European country where the Sun seldom shines throughout the winter. I am unaffected by this lack of Sunshine which would have previously been incapacitating. I use Sun Yoga as a spiritual practice and now enjoy a spiritual unity with the entire Cosmos I could have never dreamed of before. I am also scientifically aware and grounded as a registered nurse. This is my own personal unpaid testimony to offer another perspective based not on unsubstantiated assertions but upon my own direct experience and a clean bill of health confirmed by my ophthalmologist. Ultimately it is up to each one of us to follow our Divine Guidance and do our own independent research and listen to our Heart and our body’s ancient wisdom. We are Sovereign Beings. What we believe, we perceive. What we perceive, we receive. I caution anyone from Sun gazing from a state of fear and anxiety. I trusted my Surya Yoga teacher, HRM, and after 17 years my eyes are intact with none of the adverse effects promulgated in this video. Maybe the KZitem censors will ban it for disinformation, but I doubt the KZitem censors are knowledgeable about the safety track record of Surya Yoga, an advanced form of Sun Gazing taken to a higher spiritual level where the Sun is revered and experienced as a Cosmic Deity as practiced in Earth’s original religions when the Sun was revered as RA, Helios, Surya, etc. I send everyone reading this testimony Infinite Blessings of Limitless Light and Love. If you are reading this post, it is no coincidence! I seldom share the benefits of Surya Yoga with others except on my Facebook page, very, very seldom. I can not say enough great things regarding this ancient spiritual practice. With a decalcified pineal gland and an awakened Third Eye ( Mind’s Eye 👁️), Sun Yoga has literally transformed not only my physical reality, but also my spiritual Life. I AM truly Blessed as a Son/Sun of G-D Glory Be. Blessed Be. Namaste 🙏🏽 I Love You. We are ONE. Or as we say in New Mexico: Vaya con Dios! @@Prokesh: Sun worship is Mankind’s original religion. Sun-gazing has greatly evolved for me over nearly 18 years. I call it the “lazy man’s path to enlightenment.” The Sun is a Cosmic Light Being literally and symbolically. The Sun emits Cosmic Intelligence. As the Sun purifies the mind, the mind becomes more subtle, supple and sensitive to the finer etheric energies. This purification is tangible. In my own case within my initial first 10 seconds of Sun Gazing, I experienced a profound Bliss ( Ananda) come over me. This initial encounter with the Sun convinced me that Sun Gazing which eventually evolved into Sun Worship or Surya Yoga was my designated spiritual path. When you develop a personal and impersonal relationship with the Solar Logos, it eventually expands outwards and inwards to encompass the entire Cosmos within and without. I met my Sun Gazing teacher, HRM, in 2005 and followed his instructions diligently. Never Sun Gaze when the ultraviolet index is above 0 although I will go up to 1 because my eyes are conditioned to the sun rays over many years. Watch his YT videos to learn more. I can not speak for the safety of any other Sun Gazing teachers as the HRM Method is the only method I have ever used. For the first year or two I had my eyes regularly examined by my ophthalmologist and she always gave me a clean bill of health. I did not know it at the time but Sun Gazing decalcifies the pineal gland allowing for one’s mystical Third Eye to open and become fully activated. The ramifications of this phenomenon are huge. The pineal gland connects us to our Higher Mental Body or the Holy Christ Self ( Brahman) and then directly to Source ( Parabrahman). Once our Soul becomes tapped into Source, we receive direct guidance from the Godhead. But the Soul must undergo a certain amount of purification under most cases to shed the false identity of a separate ego or the conceptual mind. As the mind and heart purify, the Sun will guide you to the outer gurus or teachers you require to make further spiritual progress if needed. Everyone is different. Everyone has their own path to Awakening and enlightenment. The Sun has played a huge role in my own personal Awakening process. I can not overstate what a Godsend that Sun Gazing has been for me when it entered my life in 2005. When I lived in New Mexico I could Sun Gaze practically everyday at 7,000 feet elevation. I achieved the HRM protocol of 44 minutes within a year and a half. Now that I live in Europe where the Sun doesn’t shine regularly, I can not practice Sun Yoga or Sun Worship on any consistent basis on the outer. Last month only 4 days for a total of 6 hours. But it’s cool! After 18 years, the Solar chip in my pineal gland stays fully charged with relatively little Sun Gazing when compared to my earlier years in New Mexico which received 310 sunny days a year. My seasonal affective disorder from not enough sunlight is a thing of the past. I wouldn’t be able to tolerate the less sunlight in Europe if I still had SAD. In the summer there is more sunny weather however. Everyone needs to listen to their own inner guidance. Everyone’s karma and dharma varies. Honor your body, eyes, intuition and guts. Never Sun Gaze under a cloud of fear or doubt. Such lower human energies will block the Flow of Cosmic energies and could exacerbate the blockages. Always Sun Gaze from a state of Gratitude, Love, Devotion and Surrender. The Sun is our Source of Light and the Life Force on this planet. Mother Earth and Father Sun work together in synergy to provide these bodies and provide them with the Life Force to power them. Always Respect the Sun as the Great Cosmic Being that it is and if you do, the Sun will bless you with more divine Intelligence than you can imagine. Once you’ve established a Cosmic Relationship with the Sun, your life will never be the same. As the Sun purifies, it heals and as It heals, It brings us into Wholeness and Holiness. The Sun is literally the Light of the world. Christianity and Christ were modeled after the ancient practice of Sun Worship. It’s an incredible story and moreover a most incredible journey into Awakening, Wholeness and enlightenment. The Sun is an outer mirror of our own inner Guru and Holy Christ Self. The Sun is a mirror of our inner Star. 🌟 You are a Star because you are a Sun. The Sun is ultimately within us as the Light of our inner world. To Realize That is the definition of enlightenment. You are That. I Am That. That Is All There Is as THAT. Beyond the duality of thought and the conceptual mind. Namaste 🪷🔅🪷🙏🏽🪷🔅🪷

She is fear mongering. Key, in my view, is the "dose" of sun, go low on the horizon, and limit your time of exposure, and try blinking to lubricate. And as others have said - good food, clean water & air, ample sleep, active spirituality, and exercise are all part of a "common sense" approach to vitality.

My friend started doing this and I was so afraid for him that sought out someone who was an expert in this area. I wanted definitive scientific proof that he was harming his eyes. To my surprise, this physicist who has spent his career studying the physics of UV effects on eyes for the safety glasses industry, told me that the UV at sun angles at dawn and dusk aren't significant to cause damage. 🤯Mind blown. I'm not suggesting that anyone take this as advice to sun gaze. Do your own research from reputable sources. For me, I do just a little bit around sunset where I will blink a couple times into the sun. I still can't get myself to stare completely into the sun.🥺

@DrRupaWong I tried sun gazing at 1 day for the first time in my life. I tried to stare into the sun for minutes, I think I was able to stare for about 20 - 30 seconds into the sun. I did that for about 3 - 4 minutes all together, after that, I saw for about 5 minutes 2 orange stains in my vidsion. So wherever I stared at I saw in two corners of my vision orange stains which didn‘t go away for that time. Is that a bad thing? Do you think I brought my eyes into danger after doing that? It certainly wasn‘t the smartest thing to do. After doing that I got a headache. That was about 5 days ago. I wear glasses and I‘m short-sighted. -4,20 on one side and -4,50 on the other. I was so excited to hear that this helps to improve my vision. It was on a bright day

Very interesting, thanks. I am both a scientist and a meditator. But I am not a doctor. And certainly not an eye doctor. Would you be interested in making a study interviewing people who are sungazing, and measuring their retina and the state of their eyes, and then publishing all this? In the interview, you should also ask about their diet and any other element that might be behind any other improvement and changes in their eyes. Because correlation is not causality. Also, I have a question, I live in Italy and adore watching the sunsets, as I can see them from my home. You say that even that is dangerous, but is it really? Because people all over the world watch sunsets, and I don't see all those people going blind. Sure you need a few minutes to re-adjust your vision, but that is all.

HOME EXPERIMENT EVERYONE CAN DO!! KEEP NOTE THE BODY IS MADE OF MOSTLY WATER 💧 👌 ok Take two glass cups Fill with tap water (This represents your body) (i say use tap water because its NOT 100% pure clean) Ok now label one cup A and the other B On a good sunny day place one cup outside directly in sun 🌞 light. The other cup leave in the house 🏠. After 4-6 hours bring the cup from outside and take both cups and place them into the freezer. The next day after they both freeze. Without a microscope, the water frozen with the eye you can see the properties more so. So now you observe both cups A &B and youll notice the cup from inside frozen is white and hazey(acidic). The cup that was in the sun then frozen will be diamond clear all the way through 🧊 (alkaline) this is a method i like to use to physical show students how the sun affects the body. Theres University studies about the blood differences from grounding bare foot versus inside... Natural and Nature is Gods healing ✨️ 🙏

Okay listen to me very closely. Sun gazing works. Here’s what you have to do though. Make sure your diet is optimized. I’m sorry about this truth but don’t blame others for you not accepting it. If you have too much acid and mucus in body you won’t be able to absorb energy and benefits for the sun and yes it will be bad and burn. But that does not discount the people who have improved health and vision with sun gazing. Common now. Think. The problem most likely is you and not them. Also the redness and watery eyes believe it or not but that can also happen during eye habits to improve myopia. So sometimes one gets that initial red or watery eyes but the vision improves if they continue and as the eyes strengthen. It’s like an eye workout. So don’t be afraid and trust your intuition. And please eat alkaline foods for majority of day. Yes you must. That means lots of fruits. That is your birthright of food and some vegetables. Get that lutein and zeaxanthin. And keep your hydration. Do these things and fix yourself for three months on end, I promise you, sun gazing is not harmful for you

Question: I have been staring into the sun on occasion although only when there is no glare. In fact just yesterday afternoon I looked directly into the sun for several minutes. I find it fascinating to see what appears to be the sun swirling. After I am done it takes my eyes several minutes to adjust without seeing a bluish area in the middle of my vision. I'll be 72 years old in a couple of months and I have done this maybe several times in my entire life. Is there something I should be expecting to happen with my eyesight in the near future? I still have good night vision although I do need to wear "reading glasses" (cheap ones I buy in a regular store) could the need for wearing them to read small print have to do with my gazing at the sun?

For anyone still skeptical of the comments stating sun gazing is safe let me tell you it’s true. I went to a school called Brunswick Job Corps in Georgia back in 2019. A friend I made there got me heavy into learning spirituality/rabbit hole dipping. I came across sun gazing and I took an extreme risk doing this but like the video said ‘sunrise and sunset”. It’s been five years since then and I have had no problems with my vision, in fact I haven’t done it since then and being to glued to my phone I’ll admit, my vision has gotten worse. Healing is bad business. “Healing” is doping you up and that’s good business.

All of the people there with verifiable solar retinopathy had pretty good vision. On top of that, I have sungazed for many years and my eyesight is still top notch, no glasses needed for me. This causes me to believe that you saying that sungazing can lead to blindness is very inaccurate. The benefits of sungazing (anybody who does it would agree) greatly outweigh simple sun exposure as well. I've tried hard to find a single case study where somebody has gone blind from looking a the sun and fail every time.

You didn’t mention other studies done on people who do this Sun technique the way it’s supposed to be done!! that would be in the morning or in the evening when there’s no UV rays. that seems to be a fact everything I’ve heard. It is UV rays miserable. So when you’re talking about these people who had harmful effects but time a day, were they looking at the sun? You did not mention that it’s important

Dr. Rupa. Can you please share your thoughts on Phenoxyethanol in moisturizers used around the eyes? I've been hearing conflicting information, one of which involves the idea that the extremely prevalent preservative, Phenoxyethanol, in skincare can cause meibomian cell death/gland atrophy. I've been feeling quite confused since I've actually been finding that moisturizers without Phenoxyethanol have caused me to develop very terrible contact dermatitis for the first time in my life while moisturizers with Phenoxyethanol have been the most soothing and less irritating for my skin. Could you provide any clarification about Phenoxyethanol and the eyes? Sending much much love ❤

How people deny your studies and the time you spent to teach this is beyond me. It makes me sad that people allow religious and spiritual beliefs limit their life’s. Ancient beliefs were human immaturity. There’s a lot of things the ancient civilizations did that we don’t find acceptable anymore. So it’s all just psychology and belief 🤷🏽♂️ thank you for this informing video!

I am an Indigenous person from Canada and also educated in the Western System. After much western education, what I learned the most was that my Indigenous elders were more wise, common sense and ahead in science than the west. I created much for the modern world from our ancient knowledge in my career and have learned not to limit myself to the beliefs of the wester regime. I swim in the glacier rivers and ocean in winter. Once, the doctors told me I was dying. My people healed me by giving me medicines from the earth and teaching me to properly care for myself with nature. I don't think we were immature. I think we were far advanced. My elder told me that when the colonizer boats first arrived on our shores, all our people could see was wooden sticks. They could not see the whole boat or the people for a time, they first thought they were spirits or ghosts. He explained to me that this was because they were vibrating on a totally different frequency to us. What has happened over the past 400 years is a spiritual lobotomy.

Funny how many people are so not “pro-science” when it interests them, right? Would love to know the “sungazers” take on mandatory vaccines
