The Mk III is my favourite armour, and for this build, you now have a new subscriber. Here in the UK I have just completed Issues 35-38, and the quality plus the ease of construction still continues to amaze me. Just so you know, there will be a free stand that comes with this later on as well, not as big as the Premium Subscription stand, and without lights, but still a nice stand, and for free too. Happy building Sir, and I look forward to seeing your progress with this. (This video is 1 month old, but I don't see you completing Issue 2 yet 🤔)

@@kaijuk The first 2 or 3 magazines are cheaper, but after that, including postage, it's £10:99 per issue, so after 1000 issues it works out to a little over over one thousand pounds, £1000.

Was building this model, and yes, the parts are very good quality, but it is the most frustrating build I've ever started and have cancelled it after pack 4. The packs don't complete whole parts all the time and for instance I was left with half a knee joint laying around until the next pack, also in some stages a whole stage will consist of putting one washer or one screw into a component. Poorly thought out build arrangement in general, sad, as I was looking foeward to this one.

I have now completed 10 shipments and, as a few of our viewers have told me, it got good again. Suddenly, out of no where the arms and legs are done as well as the head. All that is left are the center bits. I definitely liked this one more than R2D2 and that it did have complete complete parts that you would finish. However, all of a sudden the same happened with my R2D2. taking all the things that I only took out a packages and did nothing else with and completing them. I think they are use to the millennium Falcon style of putting things together. I know with that build you basically just received all the parts before you could put anything together.

@@YourGeekFix All fair points and I may come back to it one day. I am comparing it to the De.Ago Honda 750 I have done and with every pack a given section was completed to at least sub assembly status. I'm currently just going to start pack 3 of the Routemaster London bus which again gets to a more satisfactory end to each pack. Maybe if someone like Agora re-issue Ironman and change the way it's supplied I would be interested.

I want to know what the full price of the models are without all the subscription shenanigans. 100 stages, shipped 4 at a time at $12.99 per stage, so is it worded correctly and $1299.00 for the complete model (no thanks) or $324.75 (okay, maybe)?
@YourGeekFix

Consider hot toys 1/4 scale iron man is smaller than this, not of this much metal, and still cost around $1000. Figures that are 1/6 scale and made of plastic are 300 to 500 dollars. The cost without the magazines would make sense. Also, the cost of the fist two stages is around $7 for both together. Diagustini millennium falcon was 1300 and when people resold them would go for 3000. If you don't know about collecting figures or how to invest in them, don't do it. Buy the Hasbro 6 inch figure for $8 to play with your friends

@@YourGeekFix Thanks I get it after doing a bit more research, I just feel they could be a bit more open about the actual price of a completed unit. I realize they're probably completely legit, just gives me a sketchy vibe the way it's setup. Thanks for the reply!

@@phurious_george I understand. Keep in mind, the downside to the subscription version is that if something happens or gets delayed, you may not be able to get all your parts within that time or you might not be able to complete it. That would complete it. There is a version that is not yet available in the United States which comes all at once. Superior this is also true with r2d2 and the eagle moss ecto one. I would prefer that, but it is a lot of money.
