Fabulous vid Andy as always, nothing put a pleasure to watch and learn from. Only this weekend I was in the Lakes on a camp and I went up Taylor Gill Force after seeing you recommend that route on a recent vid and enjoyed it. Thank you for taking us all along with you and being a true ambassador for the mountains. 👍

I really want to do that walk up the side of Piers Gill. Can't wait to get back up there after watching your post. Many thanks.

Another stonking video Andrew. You're liking this part of the lakes at the minute. Still think your camp of last week was the better of the 2 pitches though. Just on another thought. I hope you're not putting boiling water onto your coffee bag. A big no no, it scalds the coffee it's best lettingvit come from off the boil by 2 to 3 mins then pouring. It makes a much better brew and you get more taste n flavour. Anyways that's the end of my tosh fo t'neet.. keep posting lad. Thanks Andrew

A grand trip Andy. I didn't realise Scafell Pike could be so serene, you were very fortunate. When you paused to show the view between Broad Crag and SP at 16:00, that was the route I did to SP many years ago, via Little Narrowcove at the top of Eskdale. It must be a little known route because I rarely see folk making reference to it. My companions at the time had a thing for doing weird routes 🤔. One I haven't done is Scafell and I've been looking at the map considering the various route options. Saying that, I have so many plans in my head and just wish I had all the time in the world to do them. Anyway, I'm waffling......cheers for a tremendous film pal.

Great video Andy as usual, Bivied at Broad crag tarn on the late Queens diamond jubilee in 2012 , they were lighting beacons in various places around the UK including Scafell pike at midnight, it was lit by the former glamour model Nell McAndrew. There is a couple of grassy area's to get a tent in or a Bivi.

I went up the path via the scree bank you mention (@ 39:25mins) up to Broad Crag last March, on my way to a camp on Great End. It's Great fun. Hi Andy, absolutely fantastic video!!! I've watched it twice now :) I finished my Wainwrights a few years ago and loved Mickledore at Sunset. May I ask what water purification system you use at 11:50? It looks like a filter and soft bottle... I normally just drink straight from such high streams after checking for rubbish, carcasses, etc, and luckily have never had any problems. However, I think it's much wiser to get a system like yours. Also, any chance you can let me know your mates Mountain Leader company's name? I'm doing my ML course in a few weeks and it would be great to know the name of a good company. Thanks and keep on with the videos. They are appreciated. All the best, Judd :)
