As someone who detailed for 12 years I can't tell you how many people would come to our shop and have this exact horror story, or worse. Some even had gone to Car Toys which offers a "Premium full detail" that costs, no joke, $999.99... and one guy brought us his brand new Camaro, like less than 3 months since he bought it, and they had basically just washed the outside which looked fine, but on the inside instead of cleaning the panels they had just sprayed every black panel with some kind of extremely oily sticky paint/concealant or something, even my boss who has owned the detail shop for over 35 years had never seen anything like it and none of us knew WTF it was, but which must have looked fine when they first sprayed it and returned it to him but once it dried, it left these obvious wavy patterns of where they had sprayed it. It was insane. I had the fun of very carefully removing all of this oily crap carefully with a steamer and tons of cloths to not let it drip or splatter anywhere else in the car, and returning it to looking brand new; it took me over four straight hours of just working on the dash, center console and doors. Ridiculous

There is a reason why to start with the exterior. Every time you lean in to the car it's nice if you don't brush up against the mud and dirt on the outside of the car and if any water or mist or even dirt from the exterior wash gets on the carpet, inside of the doors or side of seats you can wipe it off while doing the interior. Atleast that's why I like the exterior done before I do interior. Nice job, love your videos!

You know there's a little tactic that I've used many times and it works every time when you get us seed or material that's that bad. It's usually oil based and if you spray it down with WD-40 on the bad spots first, then it comes out every time, no matter what I've used it on light tan carpeting it takes it out because like I said as an oil base, and sometimes you have to use dishwashing liquid on it WD-40 and take it right out. I think almost every time I've ever used it has worked. it's just a suggestion! You got this though you're really good at what you do that's a fact
