16:34 2 Hours from me is the original London bridge which was bought by some rich American in the 70's- They took apart the bridge in the 60's piece by piece and shipped it to California and then from there it was driven to Arizona and reassembled. I never realized that such a cool part of history was so close to me (The original London bridge that was built after the romans burned down the original wooden ones, the lamp-posts are even made from melted cannons from Napoleon)- It's especially strange that it's in the deserts of Arizona. I proposed to my now fiancé there late last month but I love this point and he is correct that there is probably a lot of cool things within a few hours from you. Anyways I doubt anyone will read this but at least the comment should help boost the reach with the algorithm :) Another great video as always- Thank you Miss Josey!

I couldn’t agree more with you on the fact that there’s a certain lowbrow desire of people to be voyeuristic consumers of human vice. There’s also the paint everything as Rosie and wonderful and cheap and this is how you travel :-) look what we do it’s so amazing come do this blah blah blah. I’ve been a world traveller my entire adult life as cheap and greedy as it can be most of the time. I appreciate the fact that you’re upfront honest and you really don’t take too many calculated risks. Most people are truly wonderful throughout the world and if you ask for help 99.999% of the time somebody will reach out. The grandiosity of some of the KZitemrs the narcissism of some of the KZitemrs really is a turn off. Stay true to what you believe and stay true to who you are I think you’ll continue to have a great success. The one compliment that I must pay to you as you’ve open my mind to travelling Africa. I thank you for that please be safe! I know that I personally enjoy your insights wit and wisdom! I recommend taking internet free vacations whether you are a youtuber or not....clear your head and take the time to look outside your channels and when you get to vlogging again. You'll have something interesting to talk about besides the cliche dangerous hood or today's haircut video. There are a lot of fluff travel videos out there but I found a few with couples traveling that are more about food, history and culture than the single traveler's party in the hood videos. Some of that is fine but it gets boring after a while. My wife left for Taiwan yesterday to spend a couple months with her family and I couldn't go this trip as I have to keep the home fires warm......I enjoy both your vlideos and hope you both continue to make content. Tom you should teach language on your channel and Josie you could do that as well with your language. Arrange a language course of 24 lessons and you'll be surprised how many students you'll get online. My old two cents! Far too often travel vloggers seem to make videos about themselves more than what they are actually seeing on their journey.

Before KZitem we had a backpacker TV show in Finland called Madventures (since 2002). This made me interested in authentic traveling beyond tourism. Before that there were only touristy travel shows on TV. The third season of the series (2009) was made in English language and it got worldwide distribution. The first season was more about the backpacker experience, whereas the third season was more about finding the most extreme things in different countries. So we could already see this kind of development there on TV from touristy to backpacker to extreme travels. The good thing about travel vlogging nowadays is that the experience often feels more personal for the viewer and it happens more on the ground, and not necessarily always as edited and gimmicky as TV shows (though there are those channels too definitely). Another great thing is that nowadays the hosts are not only those two western dudes interviewing the locals, but we get a variety of experiences and views by many hosts from all over the planet. This has been very nice to see for a fellow online/offline traveler. I hope the more chill stuff is here to stay too, because it's always a pleasure to watch. Thanks for your content Miss Josey and keep doing your thing!

In some videos you are repeating yourself too much, like: welcome to my video im super excited and over and over same sentences. This is something what is telling me you dont have much to tell us so i dont watch it till end. Also some topics aint interesting not gonna count them. I really liked videos from your home, showing us your everyday life. I would say you can improve videos by showing us more about life there, traditions, attractions, nature, maybe some historical fact etc… I dont want to offend you with this comment, just trying to advise what i think it matters for watchers.
