I’m a Tulsa native and Alpha is legit. Love this video. Just an idea though, let your fans know when you are coming to their city because there are several gems in T-Town. We have some grand master champions and local favs that are on par with the best around. Oklahoma BBQ is like a Texas and Kansas/Missouri fusion. If you are still in town you have to find the Country Q BBQ food truck. It’s run by local pit master Bristol Tottress, and his stuff is fire 🔥. Thanks for a great video!

That looked pretty good. I especially like the looks and idea of the loaded potatoes. I'm afraid that the sandwich would make me mad when it spilled its contents all over me; though it would probably be quite tasty. You could try a "copycat" while not making it a sandwich - thus solving both the ergonomic and "intellectual property" problems. Perhaps serving it in some type of bread bowl (cornbread inspired?) would be an option. Serving over biscuits would also be feasible. If you support the idea of using more than just salt and pepper on a brisket, I have a rub recipe that I would like you to try sometime. Don't worry, it doesn't have 17 different ingredients or any "hard to find" ones, but adds flavor beyond the traditional "Dalmation Rub". Take care and feel free to do more vlogs in the future, we'll watch them.
@BallisticBBQ
