White Nights or Saint Petersburg watercolors is made in Russia. It is advertised as artist grade paints boasting vibrant colors but many artists also mention their use of some fugitive pigments. Personally, the paints work very well for my style, when it comes to the output/painting. The colors are also intense and generally transparent. But the lightfastness issue due to the use of fugitive pigments, will have to be personally tested before I could give my own judgement. For hobbyists and artists who paint in sketchbooks, you dont have to worry on fading for they are not exposed to much light.
The colors included are:
Zinc White, Cadmium Lemon, Cadmium Yellow Med, Yellow Ochre, Golden, Golden Deep, Hansa Yellow, Titan Red, Ruby, Cadmium Red Light, Quinocradone Rose, English Red, Carmine, Madder Lake Red light, Quinocradone Lilac, Violet, Ultramarine, Blue, Cobalt Blue, Indanthrene Blue, Turquoise Blue, Indigo, Cerulean Blue, Yellow-Green, Emerald Green, Green(Russian), Olive Green, Oxide of Chromium, Raw Sienna, Burnt Sienna, Umber, Burnt Umber, Mars Brown, Sepia, Neutral Black, Paynes Grey
