I’ve never worked with shrimp before. But love it and decided to invest some money to try it. I decided on turning it into a kabob with pineapple, peppers, and onions. The sauce was delicious. The only change besides the adding of fruits and Vegetables was that I couldn’t find pure mango juice, I used pineapple mango juice instead.

Great receipt! I made this last night for dinner and served it with Zatarain's Caribbean Rice and a tossed salad with Thousand Island Dressing. One thing that I did differently is that I microwaved the leftover marinade to reduce and thicken it. Then, when I turned the shrimp over to cook the other side, I brushed the thickened marinade on the cooked side of the shrimp skewer. It helped form a bit of a glaze and was delicious.

I agree with his ingerdients and grilling, however marinating shrimp doesn't do anything. Cover them in olive oil and then brush the shrimp with your marinade as cooking.
