From 1:10 - 1:20 you use three terms: chronotropy (sp?), ionotropy (sp?), and dromotropy (sp?) these would be really useful to have on the slide you as you discuss them. Great video!! Much better than the slide my professor provided for their lecture.

Mechanism Of Action (MOA) of Agonists are mainly stimulatory as Sympathetic Nervous System is Tweaked is my current humble comprehension. Pain Suppression would be a Mechanism Of Action entailing work on the Somatic Nervous System and imply a Calcium Channel Antagonism as in a Lidocaine infusion, surely? At any rate, eccellentismo! am finding it hard to know and understand what isoproterenol and propananol does to cells in a culture, I know propananol inhibits cell growth but I need more details to understand it. also what LKT cells do? someone help please thank you
