The Dieng Mountains (Javanese: ꦥꦒꦸꦤꦸꦔꦤ꧀ꦝꦶꦪꦺꦁ, translit. Pagunungan Dièng) are a mountainous area that stretches from the western region of Wonosobo Regency, the eastern region of Banjarnegara Regency, the southern region of Batang Regency and Pekalongan Regency in Central Java Province; as well as being a natural boundary for the four districts. The highest peak in the Dieng Mountains is Mount Parahu which has a height of more than 2,590 meters above sea level.
