I love, LOVE ItCosmetics! I'm not a fan of some of the pricing, though. I have owned every single product they have ever come out with at some point. I do end up giving the ones I just don't reach for to family or friends. Your video was very thorough and wonderful!! ItCosmetics can truly be confusing because of all the choices. I'll always love the CC cream, but I don't see it as full coverage. It's the one I go to when I'm not feeling a full coverage look for the day. Oh, I just turned 43 on the 5th and my skin is combo. I have Lupus so my Lupus butterfly is hard to cover unless I use ItCosmetics. ItCosmetics was life changing to me because I've never found foundations that could even come close to covering my butterfly and my other various hormonal acne. I've used very high-end to drugstore foundations and nothing has compared to ItCosmetics in terms of correcting all my flaws. I do get longwear with any of them even in humid, rainy Georgia. I love the foundation you hate the most. Haha. I use it with my clarisonic and it has the most beautiful coverage and finish. It's the one I use almost every single day. I'm on my 10th compact now!! Thank you for your videos. I love them all so much. ❤️

I’ve been getting more and more into makeup recently and IT has really grabbed my attention for the skincare they put into their products but given they are a little more on the pricey side (compared to drug store) I’ve been talking myself out of making the plunge. But all your reviews have really helped me understand which one would work for me! (I think I’m going to try the CC+ matte because I’m combination/ oily) thank you so much for taking the time to do this, your efforts and research are not lost on me!! What a great in depth video! Out of all of these, the only product I use religiously is the CC your skin but better cream. I have been using it for awhile changing it up here and there with a few other foundations...but this is definitely one of my favorites. The light is my color, but to be honest is not an exact match and when the foundation came out with 12 shades I wondered if it would be worth buying just to try and see if I could get a better shade match than the light, because medium is too dark. I was going to wait, but then just got the 20% off coupon offer from Ulta email today and thought this might be something worth picking up....?? I'll have to go see if the extra shades added are any closer of a match! Tempted to try the powder foundation, because your skin looks flawless today!!

Thanks for this video and it was exactly what I was looking for, plus I'm also all 'It' mediums so that's helpful. I went to reorder the Confidence in a compact medium and found that it's not listed any longer, only two colors. I think your observations about it were correct though and it always made me feel like I needed to pile on concealer, but I think il try the bye bye lines now and maybe the corrector when I need it.

Wow the work that you put into your videos is amazing, thank you!!! I really do love the CC crème Illuminating. I have combination skin in the Tzone but dry elsewhere. I like the brightness I get from it. I also love the pressed powder, but I don't usually do pictures so for me it is not a problem. I wear bare minerals original mostly in the summer, under that goes my Josie Maran SPF tinted sunscreen, that is a perfect combonation for me. We are all so different aren't we? This is a great round up of IT products. I struggle to love them but I do like them. I really like Jamie Kern Lima so I always give them a try. I use the old foundation O2 from IT and love it. It's must be the precursor to the Bye Bye Lines. Also the anti aging Armor is a must for day to day no makeup wear. I think bye bye redness needs to be in my arsenal too since rosacea is such a trouble maker. Thanks Stephanie.

I adore Bye Bye Lines. It’s a beautiful foundation and quickly became one of my favorites, along with Double Wear Light, Clinique’s Even Better and Dior Air Flash (which I can only wear sparingly because all Dior foundations clog my pores if I wear them daily). I’ll have to try the Bye Bye Moisturizer. I found the CC Cream a bit too heavy for me but kept playing with it until I had luck wearing it and it alone. I can not put other serums, moisturizers or sunscreens under it. It feels slightly drying on its own but not too bad. I’m so glad you put Bye Bye Redness in this review. I’ve been curious about how this works and thought it might be handy when I have a reaction to products. I still have some redness on the sides of my face from an AHA serum that I did not get along with. Its calmed down a lot but I do have a few stubborn spots. Thanks for yet another informative foundation breakdown and review, Stephanie!

Awesome video, thank you! I started with the CC cream, a couple summers ago, but it just felt too greasy on my skin. Summer can wreak havoc on my oily skin; however, I do LOVE the look of it and coverage when first applied. I regularly use the CC celebration powder compact for extra coverage on my spots. It’s the only thing that covers them. I recently tried the luminous CC cream (why did I think that would an improvement I do not know). But, I have to say I’m happily surprised. My skin is in better shape now that I’ve been using more balanced skin care (instead of drying it out to oblivion, thinking tight dry skin would prevent zits). It’s also been a very cold and snowy spring here in the Midwest, so my skin isn’t as oily. So, I’m tempted to try the regular CC cream again, I do love the spf benefit, especially as we merge into summer. X0’s -gretchen

Thanks for the very in depth review - so nice to hear from someone with similar skin issues. I also had difficulty with the Celebration Foundation. I was shiny after only a couple of hours and I found it wore off quickly in the centre of my face. I am 56 with combo/oily skin, so finding something that stays put but doesn't make me look like the Crypt Keeper is challenging . The CC Cream was not any better for me.

Thank you for clarifying the IT foundation options. I used to wear the IT CC Cream when I came down with rosacea and needed more coverage than my usual tinted moisturiser. But I quit using it after reading on Beautypedia that it includes irritating and phototoxic citrus oils and the irritant eucalyptus oil. If that is the case, then it's not good for the skin. And I tried the Bye Bye Redness and whoa, it really works to neutralize redness!

I only have the celebration foundation illumination and though it's nice and gives a beautiful, smooth finish, to me it seems like it almost makes me look older. (Im 37 btw) Kind of heavy looking like you said, especially on my forehead where I don't have any wrinkles, just lines when I make expressions. That being said, I don't wear any liquid foundation ever, and this is the only powder foundation I've ever tried. So I don't have much to compare it to, and I might just feel that way because I'm used to just using a translucent powder on my face (so it's not too glowy from my moisturizer). I do think it's well made though. I think I need to try it some more. I know a lot of people love it!

Stephanie, thank you so much for that review! Very helpful. I have purchased many if those It products from QVC since they include the brushes (which I love!). The brushes are a bit pricey on their own but a great deal when included with the products. I was beginning to become confused with all the different products! Great job! (As an aside, I sure wish It would work on reducing the number of ingredients in their products! IMO, they are alienating a large population of people by including those citrusy fragrance ingredients that many find irritating and provide no health benefits to the skin).

My fav of my numerous IT foundations is the confidence in a compact but I have desert dry skin. LOVE bye-bye pores pressed powder. Can’t live without it. I have the CC, CC illumination, bye bye lines, confidence in a compact, bye bye foundation, and the CC celebration illumination powder. Honestly I think they are all fairly similar with the exception of the powder. I use that as a setting powder. Once I use them all up I’ll likely stick with the Confidence in a Compact. Just sits better on my dry skin. For some reason I’m very drawn to IT foundations and have only used a handful of other brands.

I have generally loved IT Cosmetics for years. The Celebration Foundation used to be my go-to, everyday foundation. Then I tried the CC Cream and fell in love with that as well. But now they are coming out with so many products that seem to do the same thing - they make my head spin! I still remember seeing Jamie Kern Lima on QVC showing how the Celebration Foundation could do it all: act as foundation, concealer, redness reducer, SPF... and I was sucked in. And then next thing I knew it was quickly followed by Bye Bye Undereye... Bye Bye Redness... CC Cream... etc., etc., etc. And when the Bye Bye Foundation came out, I went on every social media platform to ask them what the difference is between that and the CC Cream. They gave me very clinical answers that I couldn't understand. And then I saw (I think) Angie review it and mention how the first ingredients in both were identical. And then I saw reviews saying that the new one was more coverage. Then other reviewers said less coverage. Can you see why my head is spinning??? Either I'm incredibly dense or they need to explain better what the difference is between their products. So thank you for this video! You broke everything down in a way that made sense, even to this dense brain! LOL!! Thanks so much, Steph! Heading over to the Community tab now!!! xo

Thank you Stephanie! Another great video! I bought the Bye Bye Moisturizer and thought it was just okay. I still think the CC Cream is the best and now you are making me want to buy the CC + Powder - that has been on my list but I don't want it to sink into my lines and wrinkles. It looks really pretty on you and definitely does not look like powder foundation. On a different note: I am LOVING the Cover FX Power Play! I am so surprised because I am normal to dry- but really, really like it with a little illuminating primer underneath. I also tried the new Sunday Riley Influencer that I was SO excited about but am still on the fence... I just think don't like foundations that don't really do anything for my skin- i.e. light foundations. If I am going to put something on my face it want it to improve the look! LOL! Anyways, let me know if you tried that one and what you think. xoxo

There he is, Hey Luke! I think that IT cosmetics has some really great products. I have tried the CC and BB foundation creams and was not fan of them (too Cakey on my dry skin) but I really like the "Celebration and Confidence in a Compact" foundations for summer due to a sweaty face. It looks really natural and gives a nice healthy look to my face. I love Ulta IT make up brushes, I have quite a few of them and I think they are some of the best brushes on the market imo. (Much better than Crown, Morphe and other top selling brands) Off topic but their "Bye Bye eye cream" is nice and their face moisturizer called "Confidence in a Cream" is great for winter (makeup doesn't stay on with it in the summer) not a fan of their brow pencil (universal taupe) as its too dark and grey for my eye brows and the tip is a tad bigger than "Anastasia Brow wiz". I like their mascara "Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing" however I am allergic to it so I have to give it away. Has anyone tried their eyeshadows? None of them wowed me so never purchased them. Thanks Stephanie! ❤️

Currently It Cosmetics CC cream in Light is my HG foundation, mainly because it's the only thing I can get to look good besides going bare faced with translucent mineral powder. I usually get the travel size because I don't wear mu everyday & that will last me months, if not a full year. I'm one of those people who think it feels a little heavy, especially if built up & worn over moisturizer & sunscreen. So it's not so much a love for me although I do like it, as much as a compromise out of desperation. I recently purchased the Bye Bye Pores Primer & was pleasantly surprised. It blurs pores & imperfections nicely & pairs with the CC cream well which tends to accentuate my pores & texture as the day progresses (anything moisturizing does) At 58 I have to keep setting/finishing powder to a minimum. My skin isn't technically dry, it's normal, but I have eczema & dermatitis & weird surface texture issues that foundations just loooove to grab onto & accentuate. The CC cream doesn't so I'm happy about that. But it doesn't really smoothe anything or make my skin look better either, or last particularly long time so...that's why it's kind of a compromise for me. Thanks for the info on the Bye Bye Lines Foundation, I was very curious about it. Sounds like I should just stick with the CC which has better coverage from what you said.

I enjoy your reviews so much. I am surprised that all the ingredients in the CC Cream are in the Bye Bye Foundation, as the CC creams "burns" my skin. I don't really enjoy the finish on either; I like a very light makeup look. I want to enjoy them, because I live in the south and feel that the sunscreen is a great extra. I do use other sunscreen, but I think layering is helpful. Thanks for all the time you obviously take to review these items.

Wow what a comprehensive video - thanks so much. I use and love the regular IT CC cream and have tried the Confidence in a Compact. I didn't like that one and agree with you that is just seemed to sit heavy on my skin and seemed to emphasize texture. I also tried the Illuminating CC cream and could notice some "sparkles" in the sunlight which was a deal breaker for me. I didn't feel the need to try the new Bye Bye Foundation because it seemed so similar to the original CC cream. I also love the Your Skin But Better powder - can build it up or wear it sheer. I didn't like the Celebration Foundation either as it seemed flat to me. You have me curious about the Bye Bye lines foundation so I may have to try that one - especially since its a satiny finish as I am a dry girl. So all in all I like many of the same products as you and I have mature (55yo) dry skin!

Love this video and all your videos I’ve seen thus far so much. Trying to binge watch at night and lunch. I’ve worn the It cc cream for a few years and like it but just didn’t feel like it really lasted and stayed looking good on my mature (48) combo skin. You piqued my interest on Estée Lauder double wear because I’ve always wanted to find a full coverage to wear out but not every day. It looked great on me from far away but up close my daughter, husband and I all saw wrinkles all around my eyes that at least I didn’t even know were there previously. Not sure if it was the primer. Borrowed my daughter’s smashbox blemish control primer which is fine under the It cc. May just have too much texture for fuller coverage now. I’m back to It cc cream and just trying to make it last longer. Watching your videos I’ve wondered about trying a different primer. The one you really like I just can’t justify at this point but will try the other you seem to use the most, the veil one. I also clicked through your video and ordered the Laura Mercier trio of powders from Nordstrom and hope that works well with the cc cream or maybe I should’ve bought the It powder you like here? My biggest problems are texture around my eyes, puffiness and dark circles. I’m going to splurge on the 3 in 1 eye cream you like next month. I’m really excited to try that. Thanks for being so thorough in all your videos and the extra info on your website has helped me a lot too!

Forgot to mention that using the brush application from one of your other videos has been a real game changer for me as far as look and staying power. Really loved the tips and tricks for making foundation last video too. I never would have tried primer otherwise.

Agree I hated the confidence in a compact and passed it on to someone early 20's because on my 48 year old skin it was a hot mess, no matter what I did. I currently use the IT CC illumination because my skin is dry. However It is more illuminating than i actually want. I will definitely be trying the bye bye lines next time, because the regular CC is little too drying for me.

I am one of the few that really didn't like IT CC - much too heavy and dry looking for me. It settled into lines, felt really heavy on my skin, and was completely matte. I love the IT Bye Bye Foundation - even though some of the ingredients are the same, it has a completely different feel and look on my skin. I apply with a damp sponge, use 1 pump (& an extra 1/2 pump sometimes), and this gives a very natural, skin like coverage. It does seem to last - although I don't need something to last 16 hours. I don't need to set this with powder, although I do use the ELF setting mist. My holy grail foundations are the Lancome Renergie Lift, and the L'Oreal Pro Glow and this fits somewhere in the middle. I am an older sub, but with good "normal" skin, no overly dry patches, except around the nose. I have tried IT powder foundations - all of them fails, and have tried the CC illumination, also a fail. So this was a pleasant surprise. I ordered from QVC and it came with a brush (a triangle shape) which was way too dense for me. I would buy this again.

I love the CC+ cream but wonder how different the illumination version of it is. My aging skin likely would prefer something more moisturizing. The regular one, which I wear often, looks great, but does emphasize lines around my mouth more than I'd like. Wears well though.

I got the cc cream a few years ago and love it. Then my skin changed and got Oilier and I felt like it just slid off my face. I’ve tried it again and set it; I love it again! I did buy the cc airbrush at a 21 day sale last year. I have used it as a foundation. I just love that it’s a powder sunscreen. I often use it on top of other foundations for the spf. I would like to try the Armour for the summer, and I’d like to try the bye bye redness. I do have the loose powder and I sometimes use it as a finishing powder with a fluffy brush. I would like to try the pressed. I rarely am under flash photography. Lol

The CC cream did not work for me at all. It rubbed of on my collar, I was a grease ball after a few hours and it was hard to apply. I'm normal combination skin w/ redness. Maybe I will give bye bye lines a go next time. Thanks for the video.

I recently ordered this since Sephora has the smaller sized cc cream on sale. I’ve been on the hunt for the best foundations for my dry skin and I also ordered the hourglass stick foundation as well. I’ve heard quite a few good reviews on this cc cream I’m only worried that the shade won’t match well since they don’t have the biggest shade range. Fingers crossed!

For me, Bye Bye Lines but only b/c I go for lighter coverage on a daily basis. IF I wanted more and IF I want sunscreen, it would be the regular CC Cream!

This is off topic but I would love your thoughts on Charlotte Tilbury lip color you are wearing. Its beautiful ...but is it drying? I would love a review on some newer lip products out there.

I don't find it drying if I put balm underneath. It's a thinner comfort matte formula. I have one of her new KISSING lipsticks on in Sunday's video! It's beautiful!

I have used the CC Cream for years. When the CC Foundation came out I tried it. My issue with both is on my combination T-zone, I get very oily even though I set it with powder. I still use it but cut back on the amount I use. I love that is has so many products in one . The sunscreen benefits being the most important!

Hello, Stephanie! Which Medium is your CC shade, Warm or Neutral? Thank you!

Mine is just medium. They added the warm and neutral options to the range several months ago. If I have to repurchase, I'd go with warm. :)

I love the IT CC & Bye Bye foundation, I am in the shade Med-Tan. After your review I will get the foundation in the jar. I am trying to find a different brand but keep going back to IT brand🧚🏼♀️ Question what do you to set the foundations?

Hi Liz! I have a powder playlist and set my foundations in my GRWM videos if you want to see what I do. I use various powders and either a brush or a Beauty Blender. 😘

The CC cream is my everyday, don’t have to think about, slap it on foundation....with a damp beautyblender, of course.😀 I do have to mix the Light and the fair because my chronic use of sunscreen has left me nearly translucent.

I love the Bye Bye Lines it is a very good foundation and my face feels hydrated all day and it wears well all day but I think I got a bottle with a bad vacuum seal because I have to open the bottle to see how much foundation I have. I like the CC but it took some getting used to because it feels a little heavy on the skin and I got the Medium Tan when I should have gotten the Medium. I do not like the Bye Bye Foundation at all it accentuated every line pore wrinkle and bit of orange peel texture that I have, I passed a mirror and just about didn’t recognize myself. It also made my skin dull and sallow. I feel it was a complete waste of money but I did get it on easy pay through QVC and got a free 3D brush and I do like the brush. My every day foundation is the Celebration Foundation, it is full coverage on me and I have used it for over 5 years. My only complaint is if my allergies act up and I have to constantly wipe my nose it wears the foundation off around my nose otherwise it is the best foundation that I have found and as I stated it is a full coverage powder foundation and it feels like it melds with my skin when I use a setting spray.

I've been wearing the light and if you're wearing med I've probably looked like a corpse. Which is good because that's the look I was going for.....😐 idk if it's my lighting in my bathroom or my eyesight going with age but I'm having the hardest time finding my shade lately. I think it looks ok then I go outside and look in the mirror and I look like I'm going to the wonka factory.
