"I thought that I would lose my mind, to be honest, because it is impossible to bear," Oleksandr Teren says. After a serious injury, he was left without both legs. "You lie down, suffer, do not sleep. You are constantly being operated on. It was horrible. The only thing I wanted at that time was for the pain to stop".
How did Teren get into the army? How did he learn to live after the injury? How did he write the book and what is it about? Why does he need the project "Legs Off"? But why does he think that Ukrainians will not be able to get rid of the gap between civilians and military?
Watch and listen to "++ podcast" - a conversation between serviceman Serhii Hnezdilov and veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war Oleksandr Teren.
