Ingredients] (1 to 2 servings)
2 tablespoons miso
1 tablespoon gochujang (red pepper paste)
1L soup stock
4 shiitake mushrooms
Half a pack of shimeji mushrooms
300 g Chinese cabbage
1 green onion
1/4 kabocha pumpkin
1 chicken thigh (300 g)
20 to 30 gyoza dumpling skins
Recipe
1. Make noodles with gyoza dumpling skins. Brush the surface of the skin with water and fold into 1 cm width.
2. Cut ingredients except noodles.
3. Prepare 1 liter of soup stock. When it comes to a boil, put in the ingredients first, starting with those that are hard to sun-dry, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes to lightly heat through.
4. Add noodles and soak in the broth and boil for 5 minutes.
5. Add miso and gochujang (red pepper paste), Chinese cabbage groups and green onions, and cook briefly to complete the dish.
