This should be regarded as the Working Man's National Anthem.

Glad I found this!! This was my introduction to Paul Thorn, and this song, when it aired on Bob & Tom's radio show...in like, 2008(?). I used to drive throughout KS, NE, and OK for my job (before I retired in 2012). Only time I could get the B & T show, was when I was in OK, NE, or near Wichita, KS, or KC. Loved listening to the show. It introduced me to not only Thorn, but also Here Come The Mummies; Rodney Carrington; "The Guitar Guy" (I can't think of his name); comedian Jim Gaffigan; and many more.😎

I have looked for two decades, trying to find the fable song,"I'm sorry but you're a little too late", about a guy having a similar day, ending in him robbing a bank just a little too late, 'cause the first robber got away', the bank was out of money. If anybody has any information to where to find it. Turn me on, Paul Thorn would have a ball with that song. It's from the mid-to-late 50's

joe maugans they are still on. still on Q95 in indy but you can hear them all over just depends on your city. I paid for the pod cast for a year when I was over seas. best money I had spent in a long time. would wait until the end of the week load up the ipod with the entire week of shows and listen to it for hours as I drove or worked
