Todo muy bonito en el video pero que me decís de cuando halla niebla, viento, un twinslock cerrado un twin doblado por el centro o un fla abatido de un lado como se la apaña el gruista de la consola o cuando el buque este en continuo movimiento por el mal de fondo así que para mi el humano es mejor que la maquina

I think building the sts crane without the driver cans of really stupid idea. Converting ove to full digital system is bad cuz u trap your self to only loading digitally. What if your system goes down then your screwed u can't go back to analog and go manually.

You don't sound too confident about that. I just saying as I am the next generation of steveadore that's going to have to deal with these hulking contraptions. I guess there's bonuses like the nice a/c office control room that the operators get to sit in instead of actually going up into the operators cabin looks nice. But I'm still against automation. We've allready got a perfectly good method of unloading cans off a ship. I'm afraid if they keep tinkering with that system it's going to turn into a giant piece of crappie that only works half the time. Not to mention the loss of good gantry operator jobs were losing to this system.
