It's money that matters....who has it, who doesn't, that's all that matters. Corrupt leaders in every country will horde the available wealth. Ethnicity is just an entertaining mask that distracts us from the reality of human beings being human.

I’ve been recently walking in central London to work. I’ve noticed most of the building in the parts I walk are either hotels, designer shops, art galleries and theatres. It reminded me that in London a big part of status is probably based on what we can buy or own

Jordan Peterson has suggested that hierarchies are based on 'competence'. This is a compelling argument, and I suspect that there is a strong correlation between 'competence' ( leading to 'success') and wealth in whatever society or country irrespective of an individual's skin colour. I suppose the counter argument that will be proposed is that, because of 'racism', a 'competent' black person will always be disadvantaged and will not therefore be able to benefit to the same extent as an equally 'competent' white person( or Asian or Chinese person). This may be a difficult issue to 'prove'. Although the question must be asked, 'If you were a business owner, who would you choose to employ? a competent black person , or an incompetent white person? ' If we look at professional football or Olympic athletics ( particularly running) in the UK there is a compelling case to suggest that black people are 'over represented'. These are areas of activity where ability and 'competence' are paramount and selection is made accordingly. ( we rarely see people of Chinese heritage in football or athletics for example) The question arises therefore, why should it be different is other areas of business or professions? One other key factor is 'historical wealth' . Most western countries have 'been around for some time'. Most African countries are relatively 'young' and as such have not had the time to build up resources and historical wealth. In two or three hundred years time I suspect that many of the comparatively 'young' countries in Africa and the Caribbean will be considerably wealthier that they are now. Britain's wealth was built predominantly on the coal industry developed during the 19th and 20th century.

0:18 Africa is a Continent Africa is not a uniquely Subsaharan/ Black conglomerate of countries! “Africa has within it more than a billion people in 54 countries. It also has around 3,000 tribes, from diverse regions with varying numbers of people. 30% of the African population come from ten people groups or if you would prefer “tribes” “

0:04 Who is in the “White” majority demographic? How does this “White” collective/world hold wealth? If money 💰 is subject to the whims of inflation holding money does not seem like wise stewardship!
