Cut 1 onion.
6 mushrooms.
Vegetable oil.
Fry the onion for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, fry for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Chop the parsley.
Let cool down.
600 g minced meat, salt, black pepper, 1 egg.
Place the minced meat on foil and baking paper and spread evenly.
Place mushrooms in the middle.
Grate 100 g of cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese and roll into a roll.
Wrap in parchment and foil.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
3 Cut potatoes with a vegetable cutter.
Pour in water and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Chop 1 purple onion.
Open the foil and baking paper and bake for another 10-12 minutes at 180°C.
Cut 1 carrot with a vegetable cutter.
1 pepper
Vegetable oil.
Fry the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add carrots and peppers and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper.
Drain the water from the potatoes and add the fried vegetables.
Cut the onion.
Salt 3 eggs and whisk.
Add 1 cup (250 ml) (8.5 fl oz) 200 g flour (8.8 oz) and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix everything together.
Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil.
Place everything on a baking tray and bake at 180 °C (356 °F) for 45 minutes.
150g cheese.
Cut into portions and serve.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C.
Add the crispy potatoes.
