🥣 Ingredients:
8 medium size tortillas
4 green onions
2 garlic cloves
1tbsp grated ginger
1/2 medium carrot
1/4 head of cabbage
100g | 3.5oz mushrooms
3tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp apple vinegar
100g | 1 cup beansprouts
🥣 Sauce ingredients :
125ml | 1/2 cup peanut butter
1tbsp apple vinegar
1tbsp soy sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1tbsp agave syrup
60ml | 1/4 cup water
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
ℹ️ These tortilla wraps can be frozen for up to 3 months.
ℹ️ You can modify the filling up to your taste and ingredients preference.
ℹ️ Warm up tortillas before folding. You can warm up tortillas in microwave or in oven. Warming tortillas makes them soft and easy to fold.
🥣Method:
Cut 4 green onions.
Sauté onions for about 3 minutes.
Chop 2 garlic cloves.
Grate 1tbsp ginger.
Peel and grate 1/2 medium carrot.
Shred 1/4 head of cabbage.
Slice 100g | 3.5oz mushrooms
Pour 3tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp apple vinegar.
Mix well.
For the sauce combine in a bowl and mix 125ml | 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1tbsp apple vinegar, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1 minced garlic clove, 1tbsp agave syrup,
60ml | 1/4 cup water.
Add 100g | 1 cup beansprouts to the pan 2 minutes before the vegetable mixture is cooked.
Spoon about 2tbsp filling onto heated tortilla.
ℹ️ Warm up tortillas before folding. You can warm up tortillas in microwave or in oven. Warming tortillas makes them soft and easy to fold.
Pour sauce and fold.
Place on a skillet and cook on a both side until golden brown.
